The Scholarship Committee must receive:
1. Signed Application with all of Part 1 completed
2. Biographical Essay required in Part 2
3. Official Copy of all high school and/or college transcripts
4. Two Letters of recommendations: (1) pastor/church official (2) non-relative
Biographical Essay (prepared by the applicant)
The essay (not to exceed 500 words) should provide biographical information about the applicant - including family, school, church and community involvements, and future goals.
NOTICE TO APPLICANT - It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the application is complete and submitted before the deadline. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
Applications will be processed during the months of September and October. Checks will be distributed during the month of December. Those not receiving a scholarship will be notified by email during the same time period as the awardees.
