The Reid Temple Community Fair is an annual event hosted by the church in order to perpetuate the vision of the senior pastor within five major categories of the church mission: evangelism, education, empowerment, economics, and expansion. Reid Temple has the opportunity to expand its ministry to develop new church entities and disciples in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
This public event serves as an opportunity for the church membership to come together to fellowship with one another and evangelize with those whom are not members of the church or have not received salvation. Many of the ministries and affiliate non-profit organizations will set-up information tables in order to distribute a variety of information for ministry participation, health care, social services or civic duty opportunities.
Volunteer registration is now closed. Please consider participating as a volunteer at the 2017 community fair.
Many church members volunteer for the event. Students are encouraged to volunteer to fulfill community service hours as a school requirement. To participate as a volunteer, registration is required.
Vendor space is sold out. Please consider participating as a vendor at the 2017 community fair.
The community fair serves as a vehicle for vendors to increase exposure, advertise and sell their products and services to approximately 5000 attendees.
