Dietary Fast
We are asking members to prayerfully consider following the dietary suggestions of the Daniel Fast or the partial fast during our 31 days of prayer and fasting. In preparation for the dietary component of the fast, please consult your medical provider and follow their guidance. Please do not participate in the dietary components of the fast without first seeking medical guidance from your medical provider. If you are unable to participate in the dietary fast, please consider fasting from social media, tv, unnecessary spending, drinking sodas and the like.
